Like the title says I would like to buy a set of blue dragon scales.

I would be willing to pay 500,000 plat for the entire set at once.
Or 20,000 per scale.

Just regluar blue scales or flawless?

Hate to say it but you will probably have to pay a premimum for heroic blues or farm them.
So few people running heroic Tor means the base scales are rare.
Maybe you will get lucky and someone will still have a stack in the bag.

I tried getting basic blues on T-Land not too long ago and had to pay 100k a piece and could only get takers for 10 after spamming the market/eveningstar for a week solid.
Get bored and make a run with an epic toon every so often , up to 17 now.
