Kobold Dont Use Khopesh

From some screwing around with lamannia i have found out that swashbucklers easily can crit almost every second due to their power to exploit weakness and the fact that they are more powerful than other classes for swf.If im right it should be better than a khopesh in terms of criticals and dmg.As well there are some weapons that easily can kill people from their effects.As well you get to benefit from your spells.Which would make swashbuckler more op than other classes.I dont see how this is balanced

Hehe, they're getting +12 reflex with a tier 5 enhacement which is the equivalent to 34 charisma (looks like the average cha for a /2paladin spashed toon). Plus they get evasion if going pure. Not that bad!

Bard = Chaos Monk

It's a pretty ingenious way to balance things if they get it right and Swashbuckler seems to be in the right ballpark.

No jokes, this is the balancing part. You get some much over-powered cheese splashing those classes.

Even if the Swashbuckler enhancement tree does turn out to be overpowered, I'd be okay with Bards turning into the flavor of the month until Turbine nerfs them. Bards have been terrible for a very long time. They deserve some time in the sun.
