New Augments

I would like to see these augments added to the game:

-Heal Amp (Non-weapon augment slots)
-Seeker X (Non-weapon augment slots)

I would like to see this changed:

-Positive Energy Spellpower (Non-weapon augment slots)
or
-Celestia have a red augment slot for slotting positive energy spellpower.
