    Default Please explain Baiting Bite

So, an experienced guildie of mine told me that Baiting Bite works exactly like using the bluff skill, including the DC. I'm in the middle of a druid life right now, so I'm a bit annoyed at this ability, since I like wolf form otherwise.

Is my guildie correct? If so, this ability needs to be changed, or at least the description needs to be changed to fully explain it.

    Description says:

Your jaws seem to come from every direction. This attack deals an extra 4[W] damage to the target, and also performs a bluff check, which may leave your opponent open to sneak attacks and flanking, and temporarily reduces your threat generation by 25%.

    What happens is:

You do 4[w] damage, then do a bluff check, and also your threat is reduced by 25%. Seems pretty self-explanatory. What's the problem, exactly? Most critters have an INSANELY low bluff resistance, I mean CRAZY low. You don't need much in the way of skill for it to be quite effective--even on eE I can Bluff almost anything with around a 60. All the Bluff does is make it so you can sneak attack them for 6 seconds. All of the other effects happen regardless of whether the bluff is successful.
