druid caster and cc

thinking to make a druid caster aim cc and dps
i am thinking splashing 1 lvl wiz and a rogue maybe
what i am missing for epic content
i will able to cc or i must stay pure
the think is that my friend propably will make a no trapping toon ....
i want to try the caster druid i am new at casters .if i take 1 lvl artificier i do any make up against rogue?
and something else how it work caster lvl and all say about go pure druid?

I have a caster/healer/tankish build posted which you might like. Very good casting dps, heals, cc, and tanking ability. If you are going to do arti or rogue, which you need higher int for, you might try Michelle's Evoker build, it is more int based so might be better for a trapper splash. Both are near the top of the first page of the druid forum atm. My post has some good how-to info for peeps that are newer to druid so check that out
