I know any of the Turbine technicians won't help me but i try to explain my current problem.

Game freezes at a random time anywhere and anytime. It stays between 15 sec and 1 min. I hear sound at background but screen completely freezes. I tried everything to solve this problem but no luck. Ran the game with 3 different computers but i have same issue. I believe it's caused by some settings.

This problem mostly happens when i try to do anything. Running, opening inventory, leveling, hitting monsters and so on. I'm not getting this problem while standing still. My computer can run newest game with ultra high settings so it's not caused by some low grade hardware. I also tried to lower settings but problem stays same. Closed AA, disable shadows, ran it with different Dx settings and even enable/disable high resolution pack.
