    Default Cannot upgrade to VIP. Anyone know why?

    I've been trying to upgrade to VIP for a couple of days now. But to start with I'm not entirely sure its even updating my billing information? I've used a variety of different browsers, including the one Turbine suggest. But I still get the same error messages. Which seem to differ from browser to browser. Fair enough if turbine doesn't want my money. But its still frustrating. Anyone ono why this could be? :/

    There has in the past been an issue with the postal code having to have 5 digits, even if the country in question uses another number. In my case, DEnmark uses only 4 - so I put a zero in front of the number, and it accepted it. This may be the problem for you, but without much to go on, I can't really tell.

    I'm getting the same problem. I checked, my name, address, postal code, everything is within the minimum and maximum limits, but for some reason I keep getting an error. It suggests trying a different card, I did, that failed too, it just can't seem to update.

    Have you tried calling in and handling it directly with a cs rep?

    Apparently online activation isn't good enough anymore... just called the bank and that activated it and now it's updating fine here o3o.
