    Question Returning player

    Hello I had this account back around 2011 but havent played it since then. were all my characters deleted? I cant login right now because i says "no subscription for DDO found" but i already submitted a ticket for that

    Welcome Back!
    Turbine doesn't delete accounts.
    The forums went through a big change last year and some people had issues logging into the game. This may be related. Contacting Account Management is a good idea.
