I have definitely pulled dwarven ingots from that chest. Although thinking about it, it's possible that was only on the loot bonus weekend a couple of weeks back. I've never farmed it consistently, but I usually check it when I'm in there, and I've pulled ingots two or three times out of probably ten times looting it.

I've pulled ingots from that chest a few times as well but they don't appear as often as they would in one of the rares chests.

I believe you, and I will annotate the blog post accordingly, but I've ransacked that chest now multiple times on more than one character without seeing a single ingot. Or black stone.

I think Black Stones are limited to Haunted Halls, don't recall seeing them else where.
