Green bags missing #24001-588356

Hi DDO,
it´s me .. again.. - sad panda having problems..
I lost 2-3 green bags(sadly all my v.cons, scrolls, seals) and 1-3 red bags.

The in-game service told me a (rather complicated) way to reach out to the "one of a kind gm-team" which should be able to help. >>Basicly i was forwarded to customer support.
And guess what ? after the auto-response yesterday .. there was no further contact.

Well i´m kinda used to that by now, and do not rly expect an answer bevor 1-2 weeks..
But since my last experiance .. #24001-588356 this is my ticket number ..

To sum it up:
I tred, than lower tred at lvl 20 .. than wanted to find out how many v.coms i need to etr ..
and i found out .. those green bags with v.coms and seals and so on are missing.

I do apreciat the free etr heart i used .. but it is kinda lame to loose all my stacked v.coms ..

If you sent in a support ticket via support.turbine.com, their autoresponse should have had some general help notes prefaced by the warning that they would consider the matter closed unless you actually respond to the email. Did you actually hit reply?

did you E tr recently?
There was an issue where 3 empty starter bags appeared on top of the first 3 items in your inventory (often bags).

sry i had to take some "frustrated" time off ..
I actually did ETR 3-5weeks (i lvl slow) before I lrTred at lvl 20 and found out those "in bag" items are missing.

I got a support response from Turbin - that went rly fast! (at least for my former experiance)

Sadly the Service Agend would grant me tp for the bags, but not for the items inside.
So while writing this .. i wait for an ingame-ticket response ..(was pointed back to in-game)

Wish me luck .. another ticket another chance i guess
Want my seals, shards, scrolls and vcoms back !

If you took the tp, you took the solution

The English is broken enough to make this difficult for me to get... So I am going to paraphrase to try to clear this up...
You Etr'd then LR'd and found out some items in one of your components bag was missing. Then you looked around and found out several bags were missing.

Now they will want to know when you etr'd and lr'd and the classes and levels for them. I doubt you will get anything back though. Lost items are very hard to verify that they were yours and that you actually lost them.

I did not "take" any TP - eventually Turbine Customer granted me TP for a new bag
but that was only for my inconvieniance(i guess) - since i am now talking to in-game again and so..

Yeah you got it kinda right with the storyline. except on my search for v.coms I found out the bags were missing (inclunding stuff in them - nut just stuff in bags)

I do realise the problem with "what did i actually loose" .. but i put my best hopes into Turbine,
what else shall I do ? if all my epic seals/shards/scrolls/v.coms and whatever fanishes ..

I would be not only a sad panda .. but a realy sad panda

I started playing ddo when it went f2p.
After a while i got a torc, and since than i mostly play 1 char .
This char is now 1 heroic reeincarnation away from completionist ..

And I am frustrated..
As i explained ealier , i lost all my epic scrolls, shard, seals, v.coms and .. 2-3 green bags. due to etr, than heroictr than lower tr at 20 .. the bags containing the items just didn´t show up in my reincarnation box (noticed when i reached epic lvls and lower tred to set my druid in another direction)
And there is no help.

They pointed me back to you ticket id 3141652 on the 29the.04
I was told i shall recieve an ingame mail with my belongings.
I did not recive such mail nor did the stuff show up in my inventory.
Some accistance would be nice

You have my sympathy. I recently lost an item from my TR cache during a TR (Raider's Box).
It also was not reimbursed; I was told that they had no way to determine what was in
your inventory before TR. If something goes wrong, tough luck.

Unfortunately virtual property is not covered by any SLA - they don't have to do anything
if it goes missing. To me, this seems like a pretty good way to alienate your customer base
but what do I know about the MMO industry?

After all, it's a pretty insignificant cost to Turbine to reimburse pixels in order to keep
customer's happy (and buying TP).

Wow!

I had not heard about this bug -- good to know!

It will be months before my next ETR, but when I do, I will make sure to put some junk into first three slots!
