    Default Launcher crashes

Since the update I've been having an error causing the launcher to close. The Windows Error log shows the following:
I've already deleted the game and reinstalled everything but still not working. Does anyone have any ideas?

try renaming (dont delete) this file (win7):

    C:\Users\*your user*\Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online\UserPreferences.ini

This should force the launcher to recreate a brand new file. Also are you using any other programs like the preloader?
