Default Legendary Dreadnaught / Master's Blitz

So, do monk unarmed strikes (ie fire/light/etc) count for master's blitz?

If not, what are some ways (outside of stunning fist) a melee monk can run up a blitz counter (aside from cleave/great cleave). ?

    Default Trip and Sunder Feats

The free Feats Trip and Sunder that most (if not all) toons get around level 2.

But Trip+Sunder+Cleave+GCleave+Cleave+GCleave Rinse, Repeat on the way to and whilst fighting mobs charges Blitz pretty fast on my 20 Monk.

I cannot vouch for whether or not Lay Waste and Momentum Swing charge Blitz though.

Lay waste and Momentum swing DO charge Blitz. (G)Cleave also has the nice feature of resetting LW/MS cooldowns (some chance to reset, not always). Also, Sunder/ImpSunder are less than great for charging blitz because if you break the sunder animation, you do not get a charge, and the animation is hella long.
