ARISE Recruting.

Greetings Thelanians,
ARISE for the first time since creation, has opened its gates for public recruitment. We believe we are mature enough now so that people can tolerate our humour and be part of us.
Before you start questioning yourselves who the heck are we...let's make a semi-proper introduction.
Most of the player base is from Europe, with some minor exceptions of few people from the states. So mainly playing on European prime hours (14:00GMT-22:00 GMT) but you can spot couple of us on a different time zone also.
We are heavily interested on raids, any kind...some of us even do Tempest Spine!!! (on level....rarely....very rarely...but we do!) and we have our Heroic/Iconic/Epic Reincarnation Junkies.
We just avoid Korthos...at all cost... oh and Three Freaking Barrel Cove...

Most of us pretend to be mature enough, the rest even fail at that. We are currently using Teamspeak 3 for ingame and outgame communication.

Procedure for applicating/Joining ARISE.
1. Contact ANY player - avoid Morti he hates you all-, and inform him that you are interested in joining. He will further inform you about the details.
Some of the basics are :
a) Download and Install Teampseak 3. IF you can of course.
b) Join Arise TeamSpeak 3 server. If you have done previous step - duh-
c) Organize runs for a said period with as many ARISE members you/we can so that we start learning about each other.
d) If you are unguilded we can offer guild membership for the probation period, if you already have a guild and still wish to leave your current and join us for said period, applies the same.
IF you do not wish to leave your current guild, as long as you are participating in our runs and especially, if you join our TS server to even chit chat with us , it is still v.good.
e) We will then announce our decision negative/positive and in first occasion we will wish you happy gaming and ask you to leave guild if you were part of us for the probation time,
in the latter instance, we will welcome you in our ranks and offer officership to one of your characterts of your choice.

Points of Interest.
We consider the guild more than a simple tag, and we wear the tag proudly and in open. We rarely run anonymous - mostly when afk or in a guild meeting etc- and we encourage our members NOT to be anonymous , even healers!.
We consider the guild as a family, and we are part of it. As each family we might have our ups and downs, but together we will overcome everything. SO , we DO NOT welcome any drama or drama-makers.
IF you have left a guild recently we will inquire the reasons as to why you left.

I appreciate posting here, but as most have been informed in game i'll just post here to make it clear. Contact any1 from Arise ingame it will be must faster to get informed and get started with ur shared experience with more of our gim...i mean more of us.

Arise is still looking for couple more additions, if you feel like you can tolerate our humour and would like to join our roster then the only thing you have to do, is give us ur card info...sorry ,that's after u have passed the trial..as i was saying, the only thing you have to do is give us a blood sample of your grandfather,grandmother, father,mother, pet dog , answer a few (125 personal ) questions and of course run as much as you can with us.

On a more serious note, Arise is indeed, still accepting ACTIVE players looking to join our ranks. Currently we are oriented on couple raids - daily e.e. MoD runs organized together with Renowned guild - but activities do not stop there, we have the independant ER/TR runners, and some random raids on weekly cycle.

If you have downloaded and installed Teamspeak 3, we have a server we are using and it would help a lot in knowing each other faster.

just an update to qb's post to let people know that we are still recruiting and even recruiting people who play during north american playtimes too.

so there should be an inebriated member of ARISE playing 24 hours a day that you can talk to. feel free to hit me up or anyone else with our glorious ARISE tag.

Arise is not actively looking for more members!
We will let you know when we are open again for new memebers.

Arise now have a Trial system. (Theese rules are out of date. the newest rules are on the webpage)

To get into a trial in Arise guild, any Arise member will *Sponser* you to get on trial. (Wich basiclly means you got to know someone in Arise thats allready a member who think you will be a match for the guild)

The trial includes some rules/terms.

Your sponser will mail you theese rules/terms before the Trial will actively start.

You need to have at least one capped toon, (to possibly join in raid night) and any other toon you have can be whatever level you want during the trial.

You need to join all the Arise groups that you are able to, joining the guild raid night is also recommended.

Old Arise members are encouraged to join the groups players on Trial are in.

Trial is 30 days. Any Arise member you play with within your trial period will send either a yes or no vote, to the guild leader of Arise.

After the trial ends, if you have atleast 5 Yes votes,and no NO votes, you will be accepted as life time member in Arise.

Its your responsibility when you are on trial to get as many votes you can within the 30 days period. (make sure to actively ask for votes when you get closeing up on 30 days)

Old Arise members are encouraged too mail a vote to the guild leader. Votes can be mailed at anytime within the 30 days trial.

If you get a NO vote. The Guildleader will put up a guildmeeting to discuss the NO vote. After the meeting guild leader will decide what action is to be taken.

There can within the 30 days trial period be a maxium of 2 players on tiral.

If within the trial period you have some Real life stuff that makes you unable to play send us a tell or mail and we can pause your trial period.

We invite any players that are wanting to try out for trial acess to Arise Team speak channel. And we recommended any Arise members to join the channel whenever they can.

When on trial you will get invited to join Arise guild with as many charectors you would like, if you however do not make the 5 yes votes, your toons will get removed from Arise after end of trial period.

If you are inactive from Arise guild after full memebership for more then 1 year, your charectors will be removed from the guild (too keep roster clean).

Arise is a lvl200 guild. With a max fitted guild ship.
weakly Guild raid night and high skull reaper quest.
People on TR train all the time.
Most members have more toons so they can play on diffrent levels.
Some very good, social and polite players.(male and females)
We like to pug also with new players.
People online 24/7. (Players form all over the world.)
We use Teamspeak 3.
