    Default rune arms + orbs

Idea: Make rune arms and orbs a single item type.
    Details:
    * Anyone proficient with orbs can wear rune arms off hand
    * Only artificers can shoot rune arms
    * Only artificers can wear rune arm/orb and xbows simultaneously

I don't think this is necessary. It'd be nice to see some new runearms get an orb bonus to saves, though.

What would the point of this be? To give a weapon imbue for melee casters? If you cant shoot them, you'd just be getting the effects of the mods on the runearm...and, looking at them, the only ones of interest seem to be the spellpower mods, but you can get those a million other ways too - including light shields, and odds are you're getting some -%ASF you're not using anyway from somewhere...

I think that Orbs are more similar to shields than Rune arms. A classical wizard or cleric might be trained to use an orb to deflect magic, but the use of a "loud spinning magical vortex generator" really sounds like an Artificer thing.

Having an Orb that imbues mainhand weapons, or a Runearm that increases saves and resists while blocking (or perhaps produces a temporary shield rather than a damaging effect when fired) does sound possible though. There are even fewer orbs in the game than runearms currently though.
