38 and 40 point builds!

I would like to see 38 and 40 point builds.
More Half-Orcs clerics, Halfling Paladins etc.

I think it would really expand on the builds that could be made.

Yes, b/c if there's anything DDO needs right now, it's more power creep!

Besides, if they started giving up more build pts on multi-TRs, how would they sell all those +5 Supreme tomes from the store?

38 points should be made available only to triple completionists with the caveat that you must give up all your passive past live feats.

40 points should be made available to a triple / epic completionist, with the caveat that you give up your fourth twist slot.

Ah, but you can then do another triple / epic completionist to replace the past life feats and twist of fate while still retaining the 40 point build, right? So all you'd need would be a total of 78 heroic past lives and 24 epic past lives. It's the perfect solution! Just think how many Otto's boxes they'd sell!
