12 Rogue 6 Ranger 2 Probably paladin or whatever floats your boat.

Possibility to go dex based, using Tempest core abilities to get dex to attack and damage with scimitars. Otherwise go strength, and when in epic levels twist Bane of Undeath with paladin to get Divine Might.

    Races:

Dex based: Halfling, Human, Elf, Drow Elf, Half Elf

Strength Based: Human, Half Elf, Bladeforged, Warforged, Half Orc

With 6 ranger, feats that will need to be taken is Greater Twf, Improved Critical Slashing.

My personal setup that I like (though I'm going to be using Rapiers since I already have dual Balizarde's)

    12 Rogue 6 Ranger 2 Paladin
    Bladeforged

    Stats:
    18 Strength
    16 Dex
    10 Con
    12 Int
    6 Wis
    12 Cha

    Feats taken (not in order)

    Power Attack
    Precision
    Cleave
    Great Cleave
    Greater Two Weapon Fighting
    Improved Critical Slashing
Improved Critical Range (Hey, you DO have manyshot)
    Point Blank shot
    Overwhelming Critical
    Improved Sneak Attack

    Others are as you please.

    Enhancements:
Bladeforged: 16 ap, enough to get Power of the Forge and Reconstruct.

KoTC: 9ap, More turns and Divine might tier 2

Thief Acrobat: 21 ap, anything you want until you get knockdown immunity

Tempest: 8ap, enough to get 10% offhand and sprint boost 1. Because racecar.

Assassin: 26ap, Envenomed blades, more sneak, and Killer. Could lose points in Tempest for MOAR SNEAK.

I put slashing for you. I like Rapiers better, and if Divine Might could give a bonus to dex and bladeforged didn't give a -2 to dex I would go that route. BUUUUT I didn't.

Look at first build, swap human to Elf (maybe) and drop pesh as a feat. Is a fun build.

That's a really broad request, it would help if you narrowed it down. Do you also want:
    • Ranged DPS?
    • Self-healing?
    • High saves? (i.e., ubiquitous pally splash)
    • Evasion?
    • UMD and/or trap skills?
    • Dragonmarks? (tattoos are cool, glowing tattoos are double-plus cool!)

I was going to say, twf scimis are all over the place. If you don't want kopesh, then you get a feat to put towards something utility, and bam, any kopesh build becomes scimi. LOL

He is probably asking for all but ranged and dragonmarks. So X+2pal+2mon where X is either fighter or ranger, and race is either anything or elf. Or main pal, splash monk and ranger/fighter, just 6 or 8 instead of 2.

The main advantage to scimitars instead of, say, rapiers is it opens the door to Warpriest bonuses from Undying Court. Since that's the basis of one of my Tempest Warpriest builds, I've obviously got some bias in that direction, but it's not necessarily what the OP had in mind.

Have a look at Santa's Little Slayer in my sig. It's built for rapiers but you could do the exact same build for scimitars. It should at least give you some ideas.
