Evasion and Tower Shields

Looking for some information about Evasion and Shields –

Has anyone tried …

Alchemical Tower--> Crystal (or other)?

Skyvault (New Epic Versions)

Evasion works just fine with tower shields (the shield will cap your dodge chance though)

The only things which prevent Evasion from working are: (A) wearing med or hvy armor; (B) helplessness; or (C) heavy encumbrance. Note that if you're a monk-splashed build, being centered is not a requirement for Evasion. [And thankfully, ACP only applies to skills, not Reflex saves.]
