DEVS: Quivering Palm not gaining from Tactics (NWAI or Stealth Nerf?)

You have to pardon me for being slow on the draw on this, I have been busy doing ETRs, but today I notice something troubling. Especially after the long discussion over it in this thread on Lamannia.

NEW: Restored general Tactical combat boosts to Quivering Palm (but not Sundering effects specifically).
This is the full text of Quivering Palm:
“Melee Attack: Deliver a fatal attack by sending waves of vibrations through your target. A successful Fortitude save negates this effect. (DC = 10 + 1/2 Monk Level + Wisdom Modifier + Tactics Bonus)

The above seems to be no longer true. As I was making changes and putting back on my capped gear I noticed that Combat Mastery and Legendary Tatics were not adding their bonus to my Quivering Palm. Since this is on the live server, I did not spend the resources to check if Tactician is also not adding its bonus, but I can only assume that it is not.

Monks need to know if this is a slip-up from the latest patch or a perma-nerf.

Legendary Tactics has been working for me. Did you try to relog/switch to a different destiny and then back?

If your QP DC is over 40 then it's an exploit and will be fixed shortly.

It's not Legendary Tactics that is not working, it will add to SF, but it is not adding to QP as it should. And yes, I did relog, zone, and changes Destinies to see if it would update.
