    Default In-game support

    I can not seem to post in that board at this moment.

    I have sent turbine an e-mail for an in-game issue I hope they can resolve, and I received back that I should submit a ticket in-game.
    I have tried this option, but the in-game ticket system seems to be down all the time (for weeks now). Note that I am a premium member.

    I cannot post it in the in-game support section of the forum either, because I do not seem to have the rights to post there.

    What can I do to solve my problem?

    As premium you won't be able to file an in-game ticket unless you have purchased points/expansions recently.
