Hey, have you checked our Tyrs Paladium? There are some fairly strict requirements but we are a no drama, big and active guild.
try the website and read the requirements, for older players generally.

Well met Kiwithebeast!
... just a few small additions/corrections to Skorpeon's awesome post above:
Head on over to our recruitment thread to get a feel for Tyrs, then to our website to check out our guild rules (as Skorpeon suggests above, they are enforced) and stop into our Tyrs Recruitment Outpost to tell us about about ya!...
We are a very active, yet relaxed and organized international guild, where everyone knows everybody. We are very friendly towards new players, and have been proudly so for many years. In Tyrs, you are a somebody from day One.

It's a large, active guild (there's someone talking in chat at just about any hour), and there are enough experienced, helpful players to guide you through your DDO journey.
As a bonus, L&MD doesn't restrict your playstyle or habits in any way, and is not bogged down by excessively strict or detailed rules. In fact, there's only one - mutual respect among guildies.
So come check it out.
