I've returned after taking 9 months away from DDO. In the meantime game changes have gone and trampled my characters for 10,000 points of bludgeon damage. It's going to take some work to get them back resembling something kind of useful on...Casual.
To make it simple, I'm looking for an active and friendly guild that likes to group together. I'd like to see at least several people on in the evenings (pacific time). Bonus points if the guild is able to organize for raids and other events. Bonus cookies if there are plenty of west (best!) coast players in it. Bonus kittens if there are average players in it (not too casual, not too elitist). Bonus puppies if there are players of all levels for my TRs to run with as well.
Normally I always like to have at least one character at cap for raids and higher-end content, but I have yet to bring a character to the new cap since I returned. I have several characters but I heavily favor 3 of them:
- Semirasai is my main and is a level 13 Drow Wizard (Pale Master) currently on her 3rd life. I'm currently working on getting her back up to cap.
- Kaethe is my perma-TR. She is currently a level 22 experiment-gone-bad Halfling currently on her 4th life. She will be TR-ing again soon.
- Esthera is a level 25 Human Favored Soul (Evoker). She's kind of a mess right now and seems very under-powered compared to when I originally capped her.
- All of my other characters are castaways that for the most part capped when the level cap was 20 and have since become useless in the year+ since then. They would all need extensive work to be viable again.
Gear is a major issue for me at the moment as even before my extended break I never managed to pick up any shinies from pretty much any epic anything. So most my gear is random loot and very old named items.
