I can log into the www.ddo.com website, but I can't log in to the game on the launcher. I keep getting the message "No subscription for DDO found".

I too am getting this message. I have a DDO account and have 3 characters on 1 server. I had removed the game from my comp and reinstalled it and now get this message when trying to log in.

This is also happening to me, but I did create an account before using the launcher. I can successfully play LOTRO from logging on the launcher but not DDO in the launcher. I can successfully log into the site, though, like the first poster said.

This is the same problem for me. Can login into the website but cannot login to the game. I don't see how your sarcasm is helping...
