Congrats Maj. Happy to see that they gave it to someone that has a clue.

P.S. Just a reminder that Col. Angus would be a great name.

Agreed. And though DS9 was excellent, it followed the tradition of poorly written Klingons. The entire race was a 1-dimensional joke. Worse than that, a farce.
As for Voyager, Year of Hell wasn't bad....
As for Alien, 110% agree. R.Scott ftw.

Cameron's film is great, but it had the net effect of ruining storytelling in games for 2 decades.

TNG as best overall TV. Sorry youngling, TOS is the superior series. No space cheeleaders, whiney kids that drive the ship, and a Kirk doesn't drink...tea. He drinks saurian brandy then beats the **** out of a bar of klingons. Picard tried that barfight thing and ended up with a new heart.
Out of the new series DS9 post season 4, nothing from Voyager, and the last season of Enterprise. I love TNG for seasons 2 -5 even love the last episode. But yeah, I'll take Kirk Spock and McCoy over Picard Data and Riker/Worf/Crusher. Going back, man was Worf written poorly.

Major thanks for this link. I'm highly impressed. I mean wow, way to capture the best of what TOS was. I especially loved seeing Michael Forest as Apollo, and I cheered out loud when I recognized Jamie Bamber. I haven't watched Lolani yet, but Pilgrim was just Awesome. STC is a MUST watch for any TOS fans.

    a) say it with a faux American Southern accent
    b) take a course in linguistics; with a little bit of cunning you will realize what happens if you geminate a bilabial fricative
    c) watch Season 3 of Game of Thrones and realize, despite what Ygritte says, Jon Snow does know something.

I don't know for sure, but to know and remember Space:1999, I would guess late 60's.

    Congrats.

Now, one last question: What will be your new name, after you got a loooooot of more or less good feedback on the corresponding thread in the General Forum?
