Can we get a chance to assasinate undead & construct with Assasin's trick, Shadow Mastery, etc?
Assasins can sneak attack those mobs, but why can't assasinate them?
U21 have a lot of undeads, rogues just drop tears![]()

Though one downside of using Assassin's Trick as is is the diminishing return of the power beyond level 20 since it's based on a crappy +half-level/class DC.
Secondly, Assassin's Trick is so slooooooow that it becomes junk.
This reminds me of Improved Feint, which could also be worth the 2-feat buy in for those who really want AoE feinting. The problem is Improved Feint is also terribly slow and thus not very useful.
But I am sympathetic to your point. It's one thing that a substantial boon like lots of sneak attack damage isn't optimized against every foe. But when it becomes completely harmless, that is a downer. I can't remember the details but I think there was an epic feat in 3.5 pen and paper that offered partial damage on sneak attack vs. undead.
