Still can't log in to game

I have tried launching the game with and without speed start many times. It gets stuck in many places, mainly the login server. Goes through 20 attempts then times out the connection. Anyone else having trouble logging in or know of a solution?

Do you mean access the servers from the launcher? Sometimes they stay down for a while then go green, other times it times out before they become active.

i had the same problems last night, launcher worked fine, making connection to the server took ages (0.01 kb/s connection speed) did 50 attempts, 1 time i got to the character select screen and got in the game, took 20 min to get the char loaded, couldn't move.... constantly lost chat servers
speed tested my connection
Ping 10
50.04 down, 12.36 up, tested with a US server btw, all the way from Europe
all other conections outside of the game worked fine.
Checked if a firewall was blocking it, but it was all ok.
Guildies recomended downloading the game again. had to deinstal the previous one because the cloud download program said i already had one version installed (nice for dual boxers btw).
16 hours of downloading have passed, still not completed. the icon in the top right of the download manager said i have a dial up conection.... sight
reset my connection, my router, the download manager, no changes.

Whats up turbine?




tech stuff:
Core i7
32 gig DDR XMP
64 gig SSD for windows/office etc, Samsung 840 Pro MZ-7PD128BW, 128 GB SSD dedicated to DDO, 3 terabyte mass storage.
2X 7950 graphic cards,
etc (basicly, i assume the hardware should not be the the bottleneck here)

50.04 down,
12.36 up,

Any ideas?
