    Default Remove Shiradi damage shield proc

    This proc seriously has to be removed as it goes off ALL the time in boss fights in raids, and cuts the entire raids DPS by 25% which is insane! Please hotfix ASAP!

    little late with this aren't you. We won't be getting any hotfix but, it may get changed in a future update this is currently WAI....
