Default Please lower epic mobs' stat damage resistance

Lowering or even removing the damage resistance from epic enemies would be very helpful to players. Instead, make it so that epic enemies simply recover more quickly from stat damage. Otherwise, there is no point in using abilities that cause stat damage if they are nullified 90% of the time.

Well, I've been stating how ridiculous the 90% stat damage shield is for years now. To me it more than anything else epitomizes how out of touch the Turbine dev team is with how their game actually works.

Strangely enough, it really isn't something that the player base seems to care too much about.

I think we've all just become inured to it, ever since Turbine rendered WoP moot ages ago with all the nerfs to CON dmg. Only so many windmills we have the energy to tilt at...

There's caring, and there's waiting for them to be receptive enough to listen. Hopefully we've reached the latter point, now that they've seen how badly broken hard-capping that d20 is, rather than allowing options that expand it.

I've made this very point more than a couple of times. Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Yes i would like to see a change there too. With the stats of EE monsters going out of bounds they should at least give us more options to debuff them over time.

I think they could safely remove stat damage resistance from non-named mobs. Probably orange names as well. Turbine lately tosses non-named red names in whenever they want giant bags of stat immune hp (looking at you Deathwyrm raid) so they can just do that while allowing us to stat damage the real trash. I'm having a real hard time seeing how it would be unbalancing but would open up a few more options aside from "dps it to death"

I thought the game was too easy, and that players were asking for mobs and bosses to be made tougher? Without just giving them a gazzillion HP?
