Hi,

While trying to run the installation for the game off Steam, I got hit with the following error while it's trying to install the .NET framework:
"Failure to load resources from resource file. Please check your Setup."

From what I've read so far, it seems to be due to a need for .NET Framework 1.1.4322.
So off I went to download it from Microsoft, only to encounter the same issue while trying to install Framework 1.1.

I'm hoping someone can advise me on the proper workaround for this. : (
