Please don't make this a gender thing. There are nice/good/capable/etc girls and guys in game and on the forums and there are jerks/bad players/etc girls and guys. It doesn't matter about gender in regards to learning how to play this game well. All it takes is being observant, talking to others, listening to advice from multiple sources and practicing your skills. Gear certainly helps but I've seen good players play with mediocre gear and still do good. I think your biggest problem was a knee-jerk reaction. Coming onto the forums and whining while trying to organize a protest might not have happened if you waited a day or two, especially since you've learned some new information from your guild leader.

Some people treated you poorly; some people treated you in a candid and honest manner and offered you advice. You are focused on the negative and seem not to acknowledge the positive.
Ungood gave you very good advice. Did you thank him for it?
My first post attempted to explain the paralysing issue and a later post of mine asked people to stop slamming you. Did you thank me?
Your recent post is a reply to Doxkid where you respond to him negatively even though he is just being factual and states he (and others) are willing to help you.
There are others who have not been negative to you on this thread. Do you acknowledge their respectful behaviour?
Do you see a pattern in you OWN behaviour?

    Have a good day.

This was a bug and has been fixed; same with Archer's Focus fix. Many of us have seen helpful bugs get fixed which nerfed or "broke" our characters. My advice: get over it.

For future reference, it's a good idea to pay attention to the known issues list when building chars. It doesn't list everything that's broken / not WAI, but at least it gives you some idea of what's eventually gonna be fixed.
And what about our spells? Face it they just suck. The only ones worth anything is Freedom of Movement, Rams might, and maybe Cure serious wounds if you have gear or items that enhances it. But who has the space? After you HAVE to get Accuracy item, Deadly item, Seeking item, then something with a Fortitude, then a Resistance item, then a protection item, and a Natural armor bonus item, then the Will save item, and not to mention the stat items you need WHO has the space on their gear for a Healing amplification Item? I don't.
For better or for worse, the ranger spells have always been this way and are carried over from PnP. FoM used to be more useful, but they nerfed some of its blanket immunities, like Earth Grab; it's still useful against Hold, Web, etc. though. I agree that rgrs (and pallies) need an overhaul of their spells. I'd like to see both of them get CCW (let's face it, CSW alone doesn't cut it anymore in epics); and I'd like to see the CL caps on buffs like Barkskin and Resist Energy be removed or at least increased (again, +5 AC and resist 30 is almost a joke in epics). Something to post to the suggestions forum.

As for your gear: Natural Armor doesn't stack w/Barkskin so it can be dropped; only items w/Rough Hide will stack w/Barkskin (e.g., Parasitic Breastplate). Not that AC is really worthwhile in the long run; Dodge / concealment / incorporeality bonuses count for more. Fortitude & Will save items don't stack with Resistance so they can be dropped; instead, you want Resistance + a Parrying or Riposte item for stacking saves bonuses. Everyone who needs heal amp should make PDK gloves their first priority when hitting epics; fortunately, it also boosts your STR & CON, although the bonuses are overshadowed at higher lvls.

As for your DPS, I think this build is about as good as a F2P pure rgr can manage. If you've already got the feats etc. listed, then it's a matter of working on your ED(s); FotW is generally considered the best for pure rgrs, although LD is also a viable option. Most of all, though, playing a pure rgr means accepting that oftentimes you do more DPS in melee than with a bow.

Welcome to DDO. Sorry you can't make your ranger play the way you think it "ought" to work, but them's the breaks sometimes. BTW, have you tried Neverwinter? In a lot of ways I think it's a lesser MMO than DDO, despite being newer & prettier; but at least they made archery fun right from the get-go, I'll give them that.

    Why would your gender even...

    Who cares about what you...

Honestly, that you even mentioned your gender suggests so many problems with your view of the capability of all women. I don't know where to even start, so I'll just show myself out.

Umm, no. This is with a slayer arrows most definitely, or maybe an adrenaline arrow that didn't break the fort on the dummy.

Fully blitzing even with 90str and all the bonuses I'd doubt you'd go above a 550-600 first number without using slayer, sniper shot, etc.

cant fury in ld and a sniper pin etc is usually 700-800 simple math u gotta think 64 str enhance bonuses my pinions +16 rams etc and the 130% dmg boost lol first number no boosts on dumby is 190-200 with ips on ad 30% if i switch to archers

Theres no way. I'd like to see a youtube video of this. You MIGHT hit that dummy for that much AFTER his has been downed the 1st time. And You had to of hit it with a slaying arrow with adrenaline. I've been playing Ranger Archers for years and just on the bow (the bow, no effects or elemental) the bow its self I've hit from 78 pts of dmg to 155 pts of dmg without slaying arrows. That's just a regular bow NOT the Pinon bow.

Why does your gender have to do with ANYTHING. This makes absolutely no sense.
