    Default Can't access my new subscription

    hello,
    i just bought "Menace of the Underdark Base" via Paypal.
    while updating i was informed, that from now on i have to log in under a new subscription (which i named TEST)
    though when i log in with that subscription it tells me that all worlds are closed.
    though if i log in with my old subscription (DDOWarforge FTUIPack Account) i can actually get to the game servers and play.
    though my old subscription does not have the Epic Destinies available which i just bought.

    anything that can be done? it was roughly 2 hours ago so does it only need time?

    You will probably have to call customer support on Monday unfortunately...

    When you buy MotU, you should get an email from the store with an expansion pack code. Make sure your email is not filtering it out as spam.

    I don't fully understand what you did from your message... You need to go to myaccount.turbine.com and log on to the account where you wish to unlock MotU content. The log-on credentials will be the same as for the game. I suspect that you do not want to apply it to your 'test' account since that is not your main account, which has your established characters, gear, etc. So log on to your main account. There will be a field for you to enter a product key: that is where you input the code from the email receipt. Once you do that, your account should be updated shortly with MotU content unlocked. You can log on to your main account and play it. Note: the first character to log in on your account generally gets the bonus items from your purchase, so make sure it is the character that wants those items. This can be somewhat circumvented if you have a shared bank.

    If, as I suspect from your posting, you actually applied your code to your 'test' account, you are out of luck and will have to call customer service and explain your situation to them.

    i had no "TEST" account-subscription before redeeming the key.

    what happend is that i got the email from turbine and subscribed the key they send me at https://myaccount.turbine.com
    and then it just "created" this new login. i just renamed it "TEST" later on in hopes that a simple renaming from default could solve the issue.


    is calling them the only way? a ticked won't suffice?
    (asking because i sit in germany and already can bet that there'll be trouble trying to call them from here)

    It should not have created a new account for you. Does your myaccount page look like this? In particular, note the circled game version history.



    You can probably submit a ticket, but phone support is much faster according to forum posts.

    no, with me it looks like this: (notice, as i said, the new subscription actually got created when i applied the key-code. its not an older account. also, i just renamed it "Test" it had some generic name before)

    Did you get this resolved? This is the EXACT same thing that just happened to me after buying the expansion about 2 hours ago. No solution to it so far. Although when I did log in it let me use epic levels as I had XP banked but nothing else is showing up that this pack is suppose to have. Not sure what is going on.
