I am starting a new and modern end-game focused raid channel on Thelanis for those interested. The purpose of this new channel is to organize more effective runs with more capable individuals than just those available through guild/chat channels. PUGing these raids can be up and down, but if we have a more selective pool this should help quite a bit. Anyone who meets the following criteria are welcome to join:

1.) Must have toons that are willing and able to contribute in end game raids. (i.e. if you crash constantly in new raids please do not apply, be self-sufficient, if you are a caster have pots if needed, be able to toss raises when needed, etc.) In other words bring only toons that are prepared and end-game raid worthy.

2.) Be able to follow instructions of the leader. Giving advice is OK, but be polite and discreet. If you are hosting a raid, be open to advice if a better way is available, or more seasoned veterans are in group.

3.) Must have ears in any end game raid.

4.) If inviting new players to the channel, must use good judgement on those inviting.
