Have this very two effects not been supressed from the possible effects of Colors of the Queen/Double Rainbow/Indulgence of the queen with the patch??? From the release notes, things remain the same.
So, to make things clear:
(Missing in the past, this is how it should have been said)
New!! While colors of the queen is active, it will probably kill you once every 15 minutes.
New!! While colors of the queen is active, it will cause your party to see its damage reduced by 25% for 30 seconds to any mob you attack once every 15 minutes.
New!! While Double rainbow is active, it will probably kill you or some member of your party once every 3 minutes.
New!! While Double rainbow is active, you will reduce all your party damage to any mob you attack once every 3 minutes.
This is simply not fun. At all. It is a deal breaker. If you want to nerf Shiradi (already was toned down), diminish % to procc or diminish the damage output of the proccs, just don't add a feature that "randomly" most likely will kill you or will result in a net loss in your damage output. Stop adding beneficial effects for the target of our offensive spells as an effect of the random proccs. Not fun.
And regarding Colors of the queen... 20 million xp, time, money, etc. to get this? No demagogy needed as to say one still gets 30hp from those epls, thanks. We are being forced to turn it off. Where things matter, EE, which is the reason to struggle for excellence with the build, is where it should be useful, and it's the opposite.
EDIT: Shortly after this was post appeared the dev post answering a similar question in another thread, stating it has been fixed in Lamannia (details unclear, yet; will try to log to Lamannia to test (trying to get the client still))
