DDO store - white background

Hi,

I keep getting the issue with the DDO Store - it won't load; white background
displayed. (same with help)

I've done all the usual things:

google analytics check - etc/hosts is empty
Turned off AV/Firewall temporarily
Adjusted full screen and windowed resolution
Made sure proxy is off and that lan settings are not set to automatically detect etc.

Anything else to try?

EDIT: store does 'very occasionally' work. There seems to be no obvious determining
factor for why this is.
