Game is Broken beyond reason

I thought that coming back to this game would be fun even after the major upset with how Turbine sees and treats it's customers by ignoring tickets and closing them. Then I come back and they decide it is time for another update except this time it is by FAR the worst one ever and they have made the game unplayable and unenjoyable.

SAMPLE 1:No customer service AT ALL none

2:MAJOR lag in quests that never had lag before EVER I went to do cry for help, we suddenly froze on end fight and no one could move. I died of 200+ ice damage from NOTHING it showed cold but we saw nothing. Then the party raises me just for me to take 200 more damage. Seems I had a permanent cold damage but so I had to log out and back in.

3:I go to do lesson in deception and we get to a gate with no levers no nothing and we search and jump all over for 20 min just to figure the quest is broke. PLEASE TURBINE I am once again at the gates to leave this place behind FOR GOOD this time and make sure everyone I know to NEVER trust any game made by your company.

1. i can't say that is true. they also changed their gm hours.

2. 200+ cold sounds like polar ray.

3. that quest has never bugged on me if door has no levers it probably is locked or something. now if you mean the gates where mobs were near DONT charm them. you need to kill all mobs. so im going to assume you missed one. so this isnt turbine's fault.
