What if someone had managed to do a full Iconic, Epic and Heroic completionists were able to ignore the ML requirements on BTC and BTA items? OP? Yeah, but I think it would be a cool reward for someone who has managed to get all those past lives done.

Someone who does that many past lives gets the reward of all those Past Life Feats. And an extra Twist slot unlocked. And the option to take the Completionist feat. Isn't that enough?

a cosmetic change like, different symbols to just the wings would be nice for various completionists, but the ability to use gear without Ml just sounds ridiculously OP
