you cant cast Primal Scream while Madstoned because its considered a spell or its the same morale bonus and doesn't stack?

It's possible that while they were in there tinkering with SLA's so they couldn't be used around beholders, they also changed them so you can't use them while raged for the few that you could do that with previously. WAI or not? Who knows.

The caster reduced to beating on the mob with his 16 STR and Scepter...
Or the Barb who has to wait a moment to cast Primal Scream?
