Multiple Logins in Launcher

My client crashed after the internet went out for a moment. When I relaunched, it has my login multiple times in the dropbox. Is there a way to remove this? I tried the method that has you clear out the extras in the LauncherUserSettings file in the Launcher folder, but when I looked in there, not only where the duplicated not there, but several of my households other accounts not there. Is the launcher now saving this information in another file somewhere? Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know, this information is stored at the top of the UserPreferences.ini file, which is in the same directory as the screenshots (by default).
