Epic feat Doubleshot +10% seems not working

Hi,
currently my (ranger/cleric/shiraadi champion) experiences an apparently malfunction.

I did select lvl 28 the epic feat Doubleshot but that seem not to work.

If I test the combat message box returns for bonus or conflicting stats I read by equipping a +doubleshot xbow a statement that reflects the increased amount by equipping, but not a message that usually tell that conflicting/not stacking bonuses attempt to apply and that the system takes the higher of the multiple conflicting stats. I unequip the item - no message of bonus reduction either ...

Does anyone have similar experience with that feat? Drop me a line for discussion.

I really miss an entry for mouseover that displays doubleshot stats/status.

next etr i do i'll take the feat at 28 to tell you if I experience much the same, but I'm only going to take it as I want to know if its broken or not, the double shot feat is next-to worthless because of the humongous penalty after manyshot/10kstars that last just about the entire cool-down of the abilities.
