They should simply disallow accounts that are less than 3 weeks old unless its a VIP or Premium account. Problem solved. Awarding making free dummy accounts would be silly for sure.

Creating a dozen additional Accounts was the first thing i made after finding out that storage is limited.

That's why they made the cards unbound. 22 new accounts = Turbine looks good to Warner Brothers and everyone gets to keep their jobs for another few months. I think it's a great idea for Turbine if they want a spike in the number of active accounts (since people will be logging in with those accounts each day to get the new cards) when the new content for U21 is released.

Sure, it's not accounts that will actually get them any money, but it's more accounts and they even look like active accounts, so that's good enough for a while.

Yeah creative accounting often sounds good until you get caught doing it. Those WB overseers would not be too thrilled at someone manipulation the books without any real benefit to the company long or short term.
