Default No enrollment plans found for this subscription.

I just came back from a 3 year hiatus. I can can log into the game and see my chars, they look ok but I cannot play WF as I am currently premium. When I try to create a subscription at myaccount.turbine.com I don't have the option to sign up for a sub only to enter a game card although my billing info is good to go.

At the top of the screen is this:

No enrollment plans found for this subscription.

    Resume Game Subscription
To reactivate your subscription, select a subscription plan and enter a payment method in the fields below. Click the Submit button to resume your subscription.

But there is no option to select a subscription plan or to submit anything???

At the bottom it will allow me to enter a game time card.

I'm having the same problem but I want to upgrade to VIP for the first time. I'm just seeing the No enrollment plans found error and the only way to upgrade is getting a game time card. :c

Tried reinstating my subscription after a month's absence, only to get the "No enrollment plans found for this subscription."

I also have a Lotro account, which seems to be displaying the options just fine, but no matter what I try, the DDO Vip screen will only show the above message, and the option to input a game time code, which I have no intention of doing.

Ticket submitted about 11 hours ago, still no response of any kind.
