It is currently to high I can see it needs to be dropped a bit.

Before Von 3 took too long to run...up the XP. Now Von 3 is a run at -80% Quest Ransack and still get roughly 50~60k (without Optional XP) in about 10 minutes (includes pre-quest and loading times). So a great XP quest with a lot of optionals (7.5% each), becomes a decent XP quest with a lot of optionals. Look out Underdark MotU chain you are next!

This is true...but its not like Turbine would increase the amount of comms or reduce the amount needed to ETR/ITR./sarcasm

I normally used this quest to work on off Destinies or just get quick levels to use better items.

Not if you're willing to just buy a HoW off the Store to spare yourself the CoV grind; or if you just want to claim the free ER HoW you earned. Then it's just a matter of XP farming ad nauseum.
