Wyrm-wrought crafted items

I do not know if this has been discussed already but here goes.

1. Has anyone successfully created a wyrm-wrought item and get it to tier 3?
2. How does it compare to existing items? (I believe this has been discussed already)
3. How hard is it to farm the ingredients for tier 1, 2 & 3?

So far, just made a base item. Haven't tried, nor do I intend to, farming for ingredients to get to tier 3. I'm hoping for a dev event where they hand out some scales and ingots so we can go make them. How it compares? Well, I honestly don't know. Even just the base item, I cannot tell you. It was bugged and did zero damage on anything. I did the shooting animation (made a longbow) and absolutely nothing happened.

I have got 2 tier 1 kamas on lamma. Wasn't hard at all to get them. Crafting base takes nothing, and getting tier 1 isn't that much harder. Tier 2 and 3 require a bit more, but after 9 runs on the shadow raid im almost 1/3rd of the way to tier 2 on 1 weapon.
