Bolt Of Of The Seeker
This rune arm is filled with a stubborn energy incapable of not hitting an enemy target (Or breakable target) when fired, if no target is selected, a target will be auto-selected if one is in range. This runearm fires a dark crackling bolt of energy that deals untyped damage.
Charge tier one: 4-10 + 1-2 per artificer level
Charge tier two: 5-15 + 1-2 per artificer level
Charge tier three: 6-20 + 1-6 per artificer level
Charge tier four: 7-25 + 1-10 per artificer level
Charge tier five: 8-30 + 1-10 per artificer level
Charge tier six: 9-40 + 2-12 per artificer level
Maximum Charge Tier: VI: The maximum charge tier of this runearm is tier VI
Nightshade Venom Imbue-Any creature struck by the weapon you equip with this runearm must succeed on a Difficulty Check 22 Fortitude save or fall unconscious. The target may attempt a new save to end the effect every several seconds; otherwise the sleep lasts for 20 seconds.
Pure Good Imbue-This causes your weapon to be infused with the power of Pure Good. It does an additional 1d6 damage to non-good targets and can only be wielded by Good aligned characters.
Philosopher's law-This runearm infuses your weapon with the power of Philosopher's Law. It does an additional 1d6 damage to non-lawful targets and can only be wielded by Lawful or Neutral aligned characters.
Existential Crises-This runearm crackles with a powerful energy that seeks to unmake anything it contacts. When the weapon equipped with this runearm strikes a target, they take an extra 2 to 12 points of untyped damage.
Warrior's Code-This runearm grants proficiency with bastard swords and when you have a bastard sword equipped, you gain additional benefits. /10 adamantine damage reduction, tenser's transformation, deadly weapons, +50% exceptional fortification, +10% to attack speed, and a +20 inherent bonus to all elemental resistances. You also gain Deathward Guard and now when hit by a magical effect or attack, there is a slight chance that the spell deathward will be cast on you (10%). These effects only activate after you have a bastard sword equipped for at least five minutes. (Invisible bonus unless a bastard sword is equipped)
Code Of Caution-This effect is only active when you have a ranged type weapon equipped, you will receive immunity to blindness, immunity to fear, immunity to Otto's irresistible dance, Immunity to Poison effects, immunity to sleep spells, immunity to slippery surfaces, Feather Falling, immunity to negative level spells, +30% to running speed, water breathing, and immunity to instant death spells. These effects only activate after you have a ranged weapon equipped for at least five minutes. (Invisible bonus unless a ranged weapon is equipped)
The appearence of this runearm I'd like to not look like a runearm, but in fact look like a bracer but be a little bulkier and cover the character's arm in a dark crackling energy.
This idea for the appearance was inspired by Hiei's Dragon Of The Darkness Flame from the anime Yu Yu Hakusho!
