Anyone know a decent Bladforged Arty build? Looking for a build that can handle EE, preferably with evasion. Is a 18/2 Arty/Monk a decent option or would it be gimped?

Can the Juggernaut build be modified for repeaters and can it be Bladeforged instead of WF?
