Shadar-Kai rogue assassin

Hi guys

Was wandering, why no shadar-kai rogue post on these forums?
They look built for rogue, specially assassin rogue. Let's see the good...
bonus to INT
spike chain, AoE damage, does not break stealth!!!
guile for more sneak attack dices
shadow jaunt for quick "get out of trouble" button
and last: gloom stalker! let you sneak attack even when you have aggro!!! (don't know the proc rate)
Anyway... seems pretty decent to me, what am i missing?
Would love feed back before Tring (was going human assassin, but now...)

You play melee or range? was planning mostly range (feat wise) and assassin in AP
