Never liked the Guardians of the Galaxy and was like *** when they announced the movie but I will probably see it when it comes out on DVD unlike the next FF and superman movies which I plan to avoid like the plague due to horrible casting choices for both!

Well if you squint real hard the tree might look like a troll

You know, this might open the door for that whole Thanos/Kree/Scrull storyline to debut in Avengers III. What better culmination could there to the Phase I-III MU experience? It would still work minus the FF and X-Men. Plus, dare I say it, Phase IV as Civil Wars???

That's what I'm thinking - particularly after seeing the scene with The Collector in Thor: The Dark World. Not going to give away any spoilers - but Thanos leapt to mind at the end of that lill bonus scene.

There was an interesting scene at the End of the Avengers that also looked to hint at the whole Kree- Skrull conflict as well. Sadly, I haven't seen the second Thor movie yet.

Thanos, the guy at the end of Avengers (and sorry folks, a year and half is long enough for spoiler warnings to expire), has the striated chin of a Skrull - but is purple not green. He is one of Marvel U's big-big baddies, as he is a consort of Death herself... which also makes that final line in Avengers all the more cool. The scene at the end of Thor also teases one of Thanos' major story lines, not to mention is seemingly a direct lead-in to Guardians of the Galaxy.

You should see Thor: TDW. I liked it more then I thought I would - I wasn't a huge fan of the way it looked in the advertizing, but was pleasantly surprised. - and the Mandarin/Trevor Slattery short film that accompanies it is nothing short of amazing.
