Hit the highest xp/min quests. I can run a VON3 epic hard in about 15 minutes. Do it on EN and EH once a day, then wizking. Rinse and repeat.

No reason to run on different difficulties.
Spies in the House is also good exp.

Obviously....WHICH quests do you run?? Are you telling me that you run Von3 and wiz-king all the way to 28??? doesn't sound good at all.

Which xp/min EH/EN quest are the better ones?

Spies, wizking, ID, von3, von5, rusted blades, death undone (take thief), end of road (invisibility).
Do it once per day, or twice if you got extra time.

I run everything once on EE, until my sagas are done, and by that time I gather 6,6 million XP with von3 once per 1,5 days.

    Isn't simple reply:
Yu have to work on 2 things, and XP is the easiest factor:

    - Commendation: depends by how much time you got to play, BTW yu always run all on EE:
-- My daily short route is ID, graves, drink, outbreak, overgrow, thorn, rusted, broken, undone (only if yu got knokker for the door)
-- long route instead LOD, graves, drink, full druid chain, rusted, broken, undone, trial, deal, fathom, Von 2, high road (without detour)

-About the XP just run Von 3 EN twice (7 mins) and if yu need more wiz king EN twice

Sagas are bad for XP, yu need to run horrible quests like belly or spinner, run sagas only if yu want tomes or when yu ETR to skip 1-2 lvls at start
If yu plan to do a lot of ETR yu can run favor for +5 tome and raids, but this would slow the run to 28

If yu want to run to 28 for final life and than yu don't need comms the best quests are: Von 3, wiz king, ID, rusted (and should be a mrcow slow guide on epic lvls somewhere on forum)
Leamos --> Completionist + Epic Completionist

Arena PVP matchs are the only real end-game... still waiting that community will understand and let turbine to implement it.

Actually, there is a reason. I run the EN for pugs and I get a lot of 20 and 21 level people who woouldn't be competitive in EH.

"how to level the FASTEST" ?

Buy the epic experience from the DDO store. 2 million XP in just a few clicks.

Maybe they stack if you buy more than one. I've never even bought one so couldn't tell you.

it depends on quests you can actually handle and do quickly.
people liked von3 because it was easy for a large number of people.
but you can level very quickly i fyou can go through lord of dust chain and then c1 c2 c3 cash in saga repeat
at least half of those quests are extremely fast if you can do them on EE it's good xp. if you can't handle doing quick runs on EE then you drop to EH because speed is the goal you get more xp from EE but if you are not capable of running it fast then drop it to eh. you may not be as fast as some but sometimes you are limited by your own build or play level of the group you're in.

I typically run the solo following daily:

Von3x2, Von4, WizKing, Devil Assault, Impossible Demands, Claw (red fens, invis method, 5-7 minutes for 40k+). Setting depends on current ED and who I'm running.

Then if I'm still feeling up for it I run LoD Chain 1-3 (sometimes between the worlds). And of course von5 anytime you can.

From there, in your additional time aim, to run all the quests (once only) for all the Saga's on either EE or EH (obviously EE if you can for more Saga XP). Now here's the big catch: don't take that Saga XP on the current life. If you hold onto it, then do another ETR, you can pick up the Saga's as a level 20 and push yourself to past level 22. I've gotten almost 1 million xp from Saga's alone (50% pot and other items), so it's well worth it to get past those pesky low levels and catch up with friends sooner. Bring friends for the EE Saga's for better speed obviously, though many times I was doing these solo also.

Depending on your desire to burn XP pots, I can typically complete an ETR in about a week (certainly not the fastest, but keeps my sanity at least). I've done a few though when burning 50% pots in as little as 4 days.

I'm sure others can do it faster, but this works for me. Hope that helps.
