Question about tier 5 enhancements

For Occult Slayer:
Mind Over Magic: You gain a bonus to your Spell Resistance equal to your Constitution score.

Luckily this one is a bonus rather than a penalty... but really? Only some SR? Why would I take this over all the power I can gain from splashes? Have it also grant Improved Evasion and +2 CON.

I wouldn't be surprised since 1 of 3 barb capstones doesn't utterly suck, so the obvious solution is to nerf that one, right?

The game would be a hell of a lot less broken had you done this.

BUT if you do decide to change this you better give everyone a free LR+20.
