Here's a suggestion for this hidden little nugget:
Eliminate the "50% health to activate" part. You know how hard it is with a modern character in EE to get to 50%? Generally, with a healer of any type, and any kind of toon with defenses that aren't embarrassing, you're either above 50% or you're dead. If you run with a hire, or on any other difficulty, you generally can't get to 50% even if you try.
This ability is very expensive to purchase AP-wise, and is already nerfed down to 1 minute. At least make it a bit easier to use.
(And BTW, please don't make the bug fix for the discrepancy in duration just fixing the description to say 1 minute. That would be a cheap shot. TY!)
