Please return the effects of the 2006 beholder cookie to a named item. Like add an upgrade to the cannith propulsion boots with the telekinesis effect. Possibly could upgrade the old version with new ingredients found in the new level 28 house c quest. Or just add a new item like them like Epic Cannith Boots of Random Propulsion to that quest since there is only 1 named item (non-augment) in there. Possible effects:
Striding +30%
Feather Falling
Telekinesis - Target: self 1 use per 5 minutes
Jump +20
Enhanced Jump +10

Would love to see this implemented. I love free running/jumping, so this would add more fun to the public areas. The harbor waterfall must be conquered!

P.S. Maybe also increase jump cap to 60?
